Eric was excellent during slight shipping delay. Seriously superior interaction and stick to-up. The Lift is put in and appears/will work fantastic. Set up is difficult and dealing with a 15’ large garage ceiling (by using a ten’ladder) is Terrifying and perilous but we got it completed.
